The Office Administration qualification will enable a learner to deal with:

  • Manage the office and meeting correspondence.
  • Manage office equipment, stationery and reception duties.
  • Facilitate functions, meetings, travelling and accommodation.
  • Facilitate call centre operations.

Admission Requirements

  • L4 – Pass five (5) or all the Office Administration N3 Subjects
  • L2 – Grade 09 or NQF Level 1 Qualification or higher
  • L3 – Pass five (5) or all the Office Administration L2 Subjects

Subjects
